I don't claim to be a speedcuber. In fact, I'd probably be considered pretty slow in certain circles. However, I love trying to solve new puzzles. It's pretty much a staple of what I ask for Christmas and my birthday. I currently have upwards of 25 puzzles and it's become one of my favorite hobbies over the years. I'ts weird to say, but it's one of the best ways I've learned problem solving and efficiency. I was even able to teach a group of local elementary school students at the library how to solve a 3 x 3 rubik's cube, which was a good opportunity for me to act like a teaching, trying to get a group of students to achieve their goal.
